In addition to the face to face classes we recommend 2 home program sessions - supported by online exercise videos and educational content.
This is a government-funded program designed to allow people to access therapeutic services in their community to recover from and prevent further Covid-19 infections.

Who is this for?
This program is open to all ages. We have specifically targeted this program towards people with persistent long covid symptoms that need assistance to get back on track, and those at particular risk of further infection due to pre-existing conditions.
Our program provides a structured recovery pathway so you can continue independent management of your condition, and thrive again!
