Momentum Long COVID Program – Free Sign-Up Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Overview

• The Momentum 8-Week Long COVID Management Program was free for the first 50 eligible participants who signed up before June 30, 2025 and then was extended until the 31st Dec 2025. There will be no further extensions for free programs in 2026.

• No referral is needed to join.

• Note: There will be a cost to any participants that sign up after the promotional free offer ends

 

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Participants must complete a pre-screening assessment to determine their suitability for the program.

• Entry to the program is subject to clinical approval based on this assessment.

 

3. How to Sign Up
To register your interest:

• Contact NeuroStudio or visit www.neurostudiohub.com.au

• Provide your full name, date of birth, email, and phone number.

• Our team will guide you through a short pre-screening process to assess suitability.

• If you qualify, we will book your free initial consultation.

 

4. What’s Included

• 8-week expert-led program (rolling start – join when ready)

• Sessions held Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:30–4:30 PM at NeuroStudio, Phillip

• Initial consult and all program sessions are 100% free under this offer

 

5. Important Notes

• Spaces are strictly limited to the first 50 people who complete screening and are accepted into the program before June 30 / Dec 31 2025.

• Completing the pre-screening does not guarantee a place—eligibility and space availability apply.

• The program is part of a health initiative supported through a Long COVID Grant and subject to grant conditions.
